Prisma Techniek Recruitment's Pledge to Job Seekers
1.
Prisma Techniek will operate based on flexible working
hours to enable job seekers to meet with the staff outside of normal working hours.
(Extended opening hours from 8am to 21:30pm Monday to Saturday)
2.
Prisma Techniek pledge that all job seekers going
forward for interview will be prepared - each jobseeker will be given
information about the company and the vacancy and given accurate directions on
how to get to the interview.
3.
Prisma Techniek pledge to offer assistance and
advice to aid career and job ambitions of a jobseeker.
4.
Prisma Techniek guarantee that every job seeker
will be interviewed and assessed for jobs of interest to them and not those
simply in the agency's books.
5.
Prisma Techniek pledges to provide a written
response to all CVs received within 5 working days.
6.
Prisma Techniek will treat all business related
to job
seekers in the strictest of confidence.
7.
Resumes will not be forwarded to an employer without
the express permission of a job seeker.
8.
If Prisma Techniek is unable to offer a suitable
placement referral, we will, at minimum, provide inexperienced job seekers with
advice to improve employment prospects.
9.
All job seekers will be met on time every time
and interviewed at length.
10.
Prisma Techniek will also offer job seekers advice on Resume preparation and
general interview techniques.
Prisma Techniek's Pledge to Employers
1.
Prisma Techniek pledges to deliver a professional
level of service to employers by; - Assigning one person to manage your account
who will have a thourough understanding of your business and recruitment needs -Providing
a consistent high level of service in the management of your account, which will
include regular progress reports.
2.
Prisma Techniek pledges to conduct a 'health
check' meeting at least 2 times a year to assess service levels on your account.
3.
Prisma Techniek "also pledges to provide a
quick response to inquiries within 5 working days"
4.
Prisma Techniek pledge that any candidates
recommended for interview have been through a thorough screening and selection
process.
5.
Prisma Techniek pledge that all job seekers will
be fully prepared when going forward for consideration by a client company -
they will be given accurate information about the company and the position.
6.
Any candidate placed by Prisma Techniek will not
be subsequently 'head hunted' by us for other positions.
7.
Prisma Techniek pledges to follow the
job specifications provided by a client company.
8. Prisma Techniek pledges that no resumes
of jobseekers will be forwarded to an employer without the specific permission
of the jobseeker.

expectations of a candidate
